For one year from date of purchase, SOF Arms warrants to the original owner, that this product was manufactured free of defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may render the product unsafe, inoperable, or out of spec, to include cosmetic defects from the factory.
SOF Arms will not be responsible for injury, death, or damage to property resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge of this firearm or from its function when used for purposes or subjected to treatment for which it was not designed.
SOF Arms will not honor claims that result from careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, the use of the wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of other than commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition, or any combination thereof.
If you need factory service, whether made under warranty or not, please contact us for a return authorization prior to mailing us the firearm to possibly avoid unnecessary shipping fees.
Please note that due to the day-to-day variations of anodizing black-dye tanks, a slight variation in the color black is normal and expected.
Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred—we can only repair them.
Unopened Items. Non-firearm products such as optics, may be returned in their original, unused condition within 30-days of purchase. It is a strict requirement that the items be unopened and unused—we must be able to resell the item that is being returned.
Opened/Used Items. We cannot take back any open/used item because it cannot be resold. Unlike big box stores, most firearms dealers have to eat the cost of returned items unless the manufacturer is willing to credit the dealer. SOF Arms does not offer any dealer-direct products—we only purchase through 3rd party distributors in an effort to keep costs low. A trade-off for the lower cost is our inability to receive credit from the manufacturer for returned items. Consequently, your only option upon receiving a defective product from a 3rd party manufacturer (e.g. EOTech, Trijicon, etc.) is to contact that manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope this explanation helps you understand our position.
Damaged Items. If you receive a damaged shipment, please take pictures of the damage. Do not open the package—notify us immediately.
