Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees.
**Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.
Due to regulations and safety consideration, ammunition, gun powder, primers, most liquids, and other ORM-D and Hazardous items are not returnable.
All other concerns must be brought to the attention of SOF Arms, LLC within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please take pictures of the damages. Please keep all packaging and notify us immediately.
We are unable to take back products with opened packaging and used products. SOF Arms, LLC is not a warranty repair station, and we cannot accept defective merchandise returns. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s specified warranty policy, and the manufacturer should be contacted directly for details. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on special order merchandise or products that have been shipped to a third-party.
We will issue credit for the return following an inspection, and you will be notified via email if there are any issues or if we are unable to apply credit for the return.
- There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned as a result of our error, shipping errors or merchandise damaged in transit.
- All other returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns for items that have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and must have prior manufacturer approval.
ALL FIREARMS OR OTHER MERCHANDISE IS SOLD "AS IS," WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer’s package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays.
